How do I send my design after ordering?

After placing your order, send your artwork to heavyarchivelab@outlook.com or WhatsApp +86 132 6565 4464. We accept PNG, JPG, PDF — minimum 1000px recommended.

Can you help create the design?

Yes. If you have an idea but no file, our team can help build it. Simple designs are included free of charge.

What is the production time?

3–5 business days production after proof approval. Shipping 7–14 days internationally. Total estimate: 10–19 days.

Can I print on both front and back?

Yes. Front, back, or both. Each placement priced individually — pay only for what you choose.
