Shipping Policy

Production time

Most custom apparel orders are produced in about 2 business days after payment, artwork, sizing, placement, and other order details are approved. Complex artwork, specialty materials, or larger quantities can require additional time; we will notify you before production if the schedule changes.

Estimated United States delivery

Standard delivery to the United States is typically 5–7 business days after production. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by remote locations, customs, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is included in the quoted or displayed price, with no separate standard-shipping surcharge at checkout. Expedited shipping, special handling, or a customer-requested carrier may require a separate quote and approval.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please confirm the complete delivery address before production. Customers are responsible for delays or extra carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or the package arrives damaged, contact us at service@heavyarchive.shop with your order number and photos when applicable. We will help investigate with the carrier. For product defects, see our Return Policy.
