Made to Order

Every Heavy Archive piece is produced on demand with your custom design. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design changes after production has begun.

We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error on our part, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

— Your order number
— A clear photo of the issue
— A brief description

We will review and respond within 48 hours.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
