Heavy Archive Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are customized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-supplied artwork issues after production has begun.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@heavyarchive.shop. Include your order number and clear photos showing the item, packaging, and issue. If we confirm a production defect, damage, or an item that differs from the approved order, we will arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund as appropriate.

Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once artwork has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require 5–7 business days to post the refund. Original expedited or special-service charges are not refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Delivery issues
For lost, delayed, or damaged packages, contact us with your order number. We will assist with the carrier investigation. Customers are responsible for issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
