Heavy Archive Shipping Policy

Production time
Most custom apparel orders are produced in about 2 business days after payment, artwork, sizing, placement, and other order details are approved. Complex artwork, specialty materials, or larger quantities may require additional time.

Estimated United States delivery
Standard delivery to the United States is typically 5–7 business days after production. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by remote locations, customs, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is included in the quoted or displayed price. Expedited shipping, special handling, or a customer-requested carrier may require a separate quote and approval.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after a label is created.

Address accuracy
Please confirm the complete delivery address before production. Customers are responsible for delays or additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Contact service@heavyarchive.shop with your order number and photos when applicable. We will assist with the carrier investigation.
